I started functional fitness as I heard great reports from all there members! I had 12weeks at home before jetting off to SE Asia and Australia. I was used of going to the gym and my general fitness was ok. I just wanted to tone up more before squeezing into my bikini! I can honestly say I've never seen results like I got at functional fitness! David, Paul, Sam and Patrick are all absolutely brilliant! They push you hard but know your limits ... so you're happy to keep going back! They all have a huge knowledge in nutrition,physiology and limitation of each member so injury or illness doesn't happen (well for me anyway)! I would be buzzing after each class and now I'm feeling happy, strong and confidence in my bikini
