I couldn't be happier with the training at Full Strength. I train with Leo Makinen. Leo is exceptionally knowledgeable and he keeps the workouts interesting. I have never been able to work out as consistently as I have been at Full Strength. Usually injury or boredom creeps in. I have been with Full Strength for almost 8 years and have been very pleased with the results. More...

I would give Full Strength ten stars if I could. Do not hesitate!.. just jump in and do it. The trainers are all wonderful and everyone who works out there is so friendly and supportive. It does not matter if you are way out of shape and just starting your comeback or if you are super athletic Full Strength can be the key to your success. More...

Over a decade ago I began fitness training with Neil and it has made a huge difference to my well being. Workouts are tailored to my individual needs and change to address my changing goals. Neil continues to increase his knowledge and effectively draws from various disciplines to strengthen his ability to work with a wide range of clients. I highly recommend Full Strength for training and conditioning. I have worked out with Neil at Full Strength consistently for ten years. As a trainer, Neil is equal parts work out leader and dietary advisor. My physical well being, mental health, and dietary habits are positively influenced by Neil. While the works outs are intense and focused they allow me to engage in activities injury free. My 17 year old daughter and 16 year old son work out with Neil during the summer months and he designs a routine specifically to their needs. Full Strength has provided me with an opportunity for a private or group workout based on my strengths, weakness, and most importantly my personal goals. These guys are the very best.
