The Chiropractor there are professional and caring. I introduced many friends to them and everyone is extremely happy. The front desk staff is friendly and well mannered and I never feared for my privacy. If you are looking for a good chiropractor this is the place.

I have had the pleasure of working with Filippo since May/June of this year (2019) after being in a fairly serious car accident in August 2017 which resulted in me smashing my scapula, breaking 2 ribs, breaking my humerus & puncturing my lung. I used to suffer with incredible headaches and migraines and since being under Richard's care they have reduced significantly (to the occasional headache per month and no migraines). Richard fixed my neck and back pains within a few sessions, he actually told me I didn't need to carry on, which is a truly professional chiropractor. In addition to his chiropractic treatments, he also is a brilliant acupuncturist. One day I woke up and my neck , back and left shoulder were stuck and any movement gave me a great deal of pain. A&E doctors wanted to give me sedatives to let the pain fade away. Then I googled Chiropractor in Chelsea and booked an appointment with Mr Filippo Verretta, after an x-ray and consultation Filippo managed to 'unblock' me... It was such a great relief. I’ve been attending Fulham Backcare for over 3 years because of my dodgy back. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I’ve always been seen on time. I currently see Richard for chiropractic treatments and Umut for sports massage. Both are very knowledgable and know their business inside out. I feel a great improvement after visiting each of them. Went to this Clinic yesterday, upon my arrival I straight away noticed a form on the sofa with personal customer details.
When pointing this out to the receptionist (I initially thought she had left it there by accident), she told me in a rude manner "I don't think it concerns you?!".
The Chiropractor arrived 30 mins late, and without an apology he told me I should book another appointment as he is fully booked for the rest of the day.

I can't recommend Rob and the practice high enough. About 6 years ago my bad posture and long hours in the office resulted in lower back pain. This stopped me to play football and caused issues in everyday life. Thanks to Rob's competence and 1st class treatment my condition was improved and body healed. “We are born to express health. We are not born to express sickness and we are certainly not victims to our genes.
The human DNA or genome has not changed in 10 000 years (Hunter/Gatherer Years) therefore how we moved, ate and lived 10 000 years ago is essentially how we should be moving, eating and living today. What has changed beyond recognition, particularly in the past 100 years, is our environment, mainly from the Industrial revolution to the modern day technology boom. Our genes therefore, are not faulty, as some health professions will have you believe. Rather our modern day environment is not congruent with our genetic make up, resulting in modern day health challenges we commonly see, particularly in the western world. These health challenges range from back and neck pain to type 2 diabetes and cancer. We eat incorrect foods, we are under constant stress, we sit too much, we are changing our posture for the worse, we are becoming more sedentary and we don’t move to our full potential. These are just a few results of living in an incongruent environment.
In-order to successfully care for modern day health challenges we need to live as congruent as possible to the human genome. This is where my passion sits. By helping you move better, eat better and think better, we can help you function better in a modern day environment.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Medicine has a major part to play in removing disease and treating illness and they are the best at it, however an ounce of prevention will always trump a truck load of cure. Chiropractic Wellness Care is more than just treating ones pain. We educate all or patients in what true health means and we provide guidance on how to get healthy and maintain health too. We only truly value our health once is is gone or reduced so i started my business to educate all those who want to live a long happy healthy life. If you invest in our health, you will reap the rewards.
Why should our clients choose you?
I completed my Masters Degree in Chiropractic in 1998 at the Department of Chiropractic, Natal University, South Africa. I left with sound training in the Science, Art and Philosophy of Chiropractic. I published my master’s thesis in the J.M.P.T. My course covered all aspects of human sciences, biochemistry, microbiology, x-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic, physiotherapeutic intervention, rehabilitation, massage and wellness (sleep, exercise, diet, mental stress and posture).
I have been honoured to work at/with the following: South African Rugby; Gunston 500 (world champion international surfing); World champion strong man and South African Provincial Athletic Meets. Since practicing in the UK, I have been fortunate to work with the Pan African Dance Company. I have also helped out at the European MTV awards. Patients who have come to the clinic include Dido, Holly Johnson, Murray Head, Danni Minogue, Christopher Lee, Liam Payne and many others.
