Simply the best! This review is so long overdue - but if you are still looking for your DJ/MC/Photo Booth you can stop here! Our wedding was truly amazing and we give a huge amount of credit to Steven Heyns and Jonathan for that - it was absolutely amazing to work with you from start to finish! Living in New Zealand, I thought communication would be a bit difficult but Steven was always so responsive and even made time for us during the busy December period, when we came home to get married, for a site visit. Our wedding truly reflected our personal style and even though we supplied a list of liked songs/genres, he added in some other songs that immediately got people out of their seats and on the dance floor. Everyone had such a great time, which was really the most important thing to us, especially because we live abroad and wanted our wedding to be not only a celebration of our love but a celebration to be back with family and friends (even if it was only for a short while). The photo booth that Jonathan managed was an absolute HIT!!! We have over 280 photos from the night, which are so fun and was a brilliant add on to our reception. Family and friends are still telling us how much fun they had at our wedding! The Wedding DJ was honestly one of the best decisions we made for the day. I said on the day, and I will keep saying it - i had the best team on my side for my wedding. So seriously, if you are still looking for your DJ/MC/Photo Booth - stop!!!! Absolutely the best DJ! Kevin was so quick to respond to emails, so organised when it came to song requests and how we wanted the flow of the evening. He set up without any stress to me, a great plus for an OCD bride! The entire evening ran so smoothly, the music was perfect for the feel of the evening right from pre drinks, during the meals and before the speeches. The dance floor was pumping the entire night! The Wedding DJ (Steven Heyns) is possibly the best DJ I have ever come across. After reading some reviews on FB after a friend used him for her wedding I thought he was a good fit and I wasnt wrong.
We wanted the dance floor to jump the whole night and he made it happen. Playing exactly the music that we wanted, he kept everyone having an amazing time.
Better still was the photo booth The Wedding DJ offers. Everyone loved it and it was definitely one of the highlights for us and the guests.

Best DJ ever! We have been to a few weddings that Steven did and he was AMAZING! So it was a no brainer that we chose him to DJ at ours. The best decision we made for our wedding day (other than GETTING MARRIED) was asking Kevin to be our DJ! He came so highly recommended by so many people that we know, that we should have known the standard of his service would be so high!

You understand the dynamics of a wedding and kept each part of the day fulled with just the right tunes. Your equipment is impressive but more so was your proficiency in its use.
