Well. I've had another guy do my taxes for some time now and no longer wanted to pay that fee. So I figure I would look to see who can give me the same results for less. I found with this company that I was able to do so. As I'm in New York, there was no need for me to be at their office. All it took was to send them my info, sign and fax some papers and surprisingly took 2 weeks to get back both state and federal. The added bonus was I paid less and got back more.
