Brilliant job on my convertible tablet. The keyboard stopped working and they sorted it out and also tried to source a new usb port for me. Spilled a pint of water on my laptop they had it sorted in a day for £40 and the staff were lovely. So glad I went there in stead of giving in to curry’s asking for at least £200 and saying I don’t get my £60 if they can’t manage to fix it

I used FTT myself to recover data from a fluid damaged machine and later recommended them to my boyfriend when he cracked his laptop screen. On both occasions their service was excellent, very quick, (within a couple of hours for my data retrieval, after being told it would take a week by PC World) and reasonable prices (both essentials as a student). I highly recommend FTT Computers, my laptop had a couple of issues with it and I took it around 12.30pm on a Saturday and had it completely repaired before 2pm. He was very friendly, approachable and honest. Very reasonable price considering I had my HD screen replaced. If I ever have any future issues I will be sure to go there. I'm not the most computer savvy person so i went to these guys because my laptop wasn't working. It wouldn't turn on even when plugged in to a power source and had a tendency to overheat quickly. I really thought i'd have to buy a new laptop! Dave had a look and assured me the problem could be easily sorted and within a day my latop was fixed! Delighted :D !! Turns out the fan wasn't working properly and some dust had got inside stopping it working properly. Dave was friendly, reliable and explained exactly what was going on; plus he fixed the problem and for a resonable price....i couldn't have asked for more!
