Our engineer Harry was great. Professional and polite. Had shoe covers and tidied up after himself. Not the easiest job especially in rainy conditions but he got it done and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Great team, we had a completely blocked drain which they sorted in under 2 hours. 3 days later the drain was blocked again due to multiple property waste and they came back and checked and fixed free of charge.

The guys arrived and were straight into it. Even though the blockage apparently cleared, they persisted and found a really difficult blockage that was only going to come back. I called FS yesterday (Sunday afternoon) and after initially booking a 12PM slot for today, they got to me early - which was a very welcome surprise!
I had a blocked main drain with sewage flowing in to my garden, 40 mins after arriving, the issue was sorted and they guys were leaving.
Professional and friendly from start to finish and still cheaper than Dynorod! - worth every penny.
Well done team - will definitely recommend.
