We enaged Fryer Planning to help with planning drawings and application for a double height rear extention as well as a single height front extension. As well as a well priced offering, Lee was very clear on all aspects of the pricing when submitting his qoute. He also took time to understand what it was we were hoping to achieve. During the site visit, Lee had some great ideas to improve upon the ideas we had and did an excellent job in capturing what we wanted in the plans which therefore required minimal re-drawings. Lee was always quick to keep us informed of progress and also quick to answer any questions we had, right up until planning was granted. Lee was fantastic. Our home had previously had planning permission declined via another architect. Lee worked in a way which meant that his design was more in keeping with the area and he took into account all the feedback from the local authority.
