My wife and I purchased a new build house and had a baby on the way. We did not have time or the energy to do any of the landscaping. I called twice asking them to come out and give me a quote after looking at my property. The first time they said they'd come out and look. The second time they said they'd call me back to schedule a time to come out and look. Neither time did anyone come out, nor did anyone ever call me back. I suppose they're too busy to take on new business. If that's the case I can understand that. But not showing up to give a quote and not returning phone calls after making two different promises to do just that... well that's just bad business. More...
