Went there with a mild pc issue, was told 2-3 days to see what was wrong with it.
1 day later, they called to say my PC had been fixed and they'd also solved two other issues with it that I didn't even mention, would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic turn around time, dropped it of late afternoon and it was ready the next morning! I took in, what was basically an empty box with minimal everything on it, and the team there gave me back a very good working order laptop with loads more Ram and a silent drive! thank you very much indeed.

Build a new PC but it wasn't starting up so I went to Frontline to have a check. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, they diagnosed my PC and found out my motherboard pins were bend. They helped me choose a new motherboard as well as reassemble the whole PC for me. They quoted me a price which was reasonable and as well no last minute or surprise charge. Well managed computer service with customer satisfaction in mind in the first place. No hidden fees or lower quality replacment parts. They will tell you what are you paying for and what is the price, before agreeing to anything.
The industrial area might be deterrent at the beginning, but don't get prejudiced - when you enter the store and meet those people you'll know that you're in the right place :)
Hard to find it at the beginning, but there's a shortcut going from the sidewalk from the alley if you're going by foot. Could be helpfull... ;) More...

Saeed at Frontline was really great. Polite, patient and knowledgeable and after he answered my numerous questions I felt confident and comfortable that a great job would be done on my laptop which it was. I took it in clearly infected with a virus, barely able to do anything and got it back better than new with the most up to date operating system and free anti-virus software installed on it. Really good fast and effecient service. Did checks first to make sure that I wasn't paying for something i didn't need. My wifi wasn't working they replaced the chip. Working amazing now. They changed my screen setting so i guess the best quality now and also noticed my mouse pad was working properly so they fixed that awell.

The guys at Frontline were the only company in the area who were prepared to take on the challenge of retrieving data from my damaged NAS box. They were able to identify which drive had been compromised, managed to get the enclosure to power up (I'd attached the wrong power supply in error) and restore my data. Having been a private client of Frontline Computer Networks for over 14 years, I had no hesitation in taking my 3 year old Intel PC to Frontline for repair & upgrade.

The initial hardware repair (replacement parts) was carried out within 15 minutes of my arrival at the Frontline service centre in Three Bridges.

The director Mr Mohgul also suggested a faster hard drive upgrade to my PC which I considered over the next few days before deciding to upgrade.

Frontline immediately took delivery of my PC & carried out the new hard drive & completed the installation within 2 hours.

My computer operations is now much faster & I am so pleased with the result & first class service from Frontline.

I certainly will return to Frontline with any repairs, servicing or upgrades of my IT equipment as and when needed.

We were a first time user of Frontline. They were very friendly and ensured our home build desktop pc worked properly. Frontline provided a great service. When I took my teenage son's gaming PC in they started it up and explained what the problem was with the operating system and the options for fixing it. They gave me an estimate of cost and when I suggested some additional upgrades they recommended a cheaper option that would give just as good an outcome. They kept me updated on progress and completed the work very quickly. They also took the time to explain to my son what they had done and gave him some really good tips when we picked up the PC. System needed a complete reload after problems with downloads. Frontline customer service is 1st Class with Salim giving us detailed information the repairs were carried out efficiently and he kept us informed at all times to the cost.
