How long have you been in business?
As a growing company it means so much to us that our customers know where we came from. It all started in 2015 when our founder, Darlene Paquette, decided to take an opportunity and run with it. Darlene has years of cleaning experience professionally as well as personally, running and maintaining a household of 4 children! The vast experience she has gained has helped her grow from a one (wo)man show into a well-oiled cleaning machine.
In just under a year, the Front Door Housekeeping team grew to accommodate the demand for our services. Our staff of 5 is the best around! We have many options to serve each of our customers' needs: base service, move-in/out preparation, and a deep cleaning package. A-la-carte services are also available for your convenience. Set-up daily, weekly, monthly, or once-in-a-while cleanings!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We do bring our own equipment and supplies, however, we do prefer to use the customer's vacuum. Our products are eco-friendly as we care about your family and pets.
What do you love most about your job?
Front Door Housekeeping loves that we are helping our customers free up their time and give them that "AWE" moment when they arrive home after we clean.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Darlene was managing a housekeeping division for a larger company. She went on the sales calls and developed a relationship with the customers. One day, the company decided to close the division without notice and when they were letting Darlene go, her first question was "what about the customers I made promises to that we would help them?" The company was set on closing the division that day, and ultimately gave their customer list to Darlene. Darlene set out to keep her promise to all the customers and worked tirelessly to stand behind her word!

Front Door Housekeeping's crew is small, but mighty. We work hard for you. Once you are on our schedule, we show up and do as promised from our initial agreement. We try to send out the same team so you know who is coming to your home. This is important for both the customer and our team member as our team members love to know their routine. Our customers are like our families. We love your pets and may even toss a ball or two to play with them while we work.
