The satisfaction from a happy customer and the pleasure from working with a lovely bunch of people makes this job so worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started FRM Commercial Cleaning because some of our Facilities Management clients were concerned about the quality of their cleaning and the fact that the cleaning staff were not security checked and changed on a regular basis.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always ask "how often do you meet your cleaning company manager?". The answer is often "never".
We always ensure that my daughter or I attend every site at least once a fortnight. In between, one of us is always available on the telephone and can usually pop into site within the hour if necessary!
Besides, when customers check what they are paying for their cleaning products against our price list we can save them lots of money!
