Food catered to your needs open approachable staff who are adaptable and friendly. High standards especially in hygiene . Food is tasty fresh and varied . Great for meeting,wakes, party's special occations or even afternoon tea.
Fresh2u provided cakes and biscuits for my daughters birthday even making special biscuits to suit her hobby of horse riding .

What can I say well I asked Tracey at Fresh2U if she could help me organise my late mothers funeral, she asked me what Mum would have liked , and so from there she then offered lots of ideas and options for all sorts of things.

All the foods, especially the cakes were fresh and home made, they tasted fantastic , I preferred the battenburg , oh and the cream horns , oh and the scones

She and her company organised the venue detail of tables etc and supplied everything needed.

Tea and coffee and all requirements for lunch were served by their wonderful staff of well presented ladies.

Also we had supplied Fish and Chips supplied as the main meal which Fresh2U now have as part of their portfolio full time.

This small business is going places, the attitude of Tracey and all her staff was extremely commendable and nothing was too much trouble.

I would recommend these people on any account.

Absolutely incredible lady who creates the most wonderful food! Myself and my mum both used fresh2u for our wedding food needs and we were blown away by the menus and service, both groups of guests loved it. Had Tracy do my birthday buffet and it was excellent, highly recommend. Everything was fresh, lovely presented and tasted lovely.
Tracy was also very helpful in ideas for the buffet and totally took away any worry about what to have and also was lovely to have "proper plates and cutlery"

Had a working lunch today of pulled pork with baps, salad, sausage rolls, minted potatoes and various toppings for the pork! ! Fresh2u catered for an occasion a couple of weeks ago, both myself and everyone there found them to be simply outstanding. My wife said the cheesecake was the best cheesecake she has ever eaten, all of the food was fresh, appetising and beautifully presented. They catered for my dietary requirements (gluten free + dairy free) excellently, and clearly were totally aware of what I could and couldn't have. Food and customer service is second to none. Tracy recently catered for a 50th birthday party and Tracy was excellent at giving suggestions for menu's and had an excellent choice of food for special dietary requirements (gluten free in this case). The service for setting up and clearing away was fantastic and all done with proper china crockery and metal cutlery. Everyone at the party commented on the quality, variety and freshness of the food and all done at a very reasonable price. Tracy also followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure everything went as planned. I will be recommending Fresh2U and Tracy to anyone I hear needing food for a function. Tracy catered a traditional high tea party for my father-in-laws 92nd birthday in his drawing room. What a treat!!!! Dainty sandwiches and cakes served on bone china (from Staffordshire, naturally! ). Lashings of tea and coffee. Gorgeous handmade cakes including Battenburg, cream horns, scones with homemade jam and clotted cream. Gorgeous savoury dainties too, like salmon and prawn blini and delightful miniature savoury scones with ham, cheese and pickle filling. High end catering with good quality ingredients. I think this is the third or forth event she's catered for us, and it is always impressive - the best bit, she takes the dishes with her, so we were free to enjoy each others company. Tracy provided the catering for my son’s 21st Birthday. My son has special needs & the majority of the guests attending had special needs too. I asked Tracy for a mixture of Pulled Pork Baps & sandwiches so as to cater for all needs. She did this brilliantly & had sufficient pork baps for everyone. The desserts were delicious consisting of chocolate fudge cake, salted caramel gateaux, lemon cheesecake, strawberry & cream gateaux, carrot cake etc. Everyone commented on how lovely the food was - it really made for a very memorable party. Fresh2U lived up to their name with a stunning array of fresh food to feed about eighty hungry and demanding Liberal Democrats at our conference in Newcastle-under-Lyme. Tracy and Martin gave us coffee and croissant, lunch the plenty of fresh vegetable and fruit - and a splendid afternoon tea. They provided for those of us with gluten problems without demur including the best chocolate cake I've had in donkey's years!
