De-cluttering and Deep Clean Service
Often de-cluttering and deep cleaning are required together.

De-cluttering
We provide a de cluttering service in which we separate items into 4 categories:
• Retain
• Give to charity
• Sell
• Disposal

We take care to identify items of value such as jewellery and money and return them to the owner (it is quite common to find valuable things in tea pots and clothing, for example).
We work with the owner to ensure items of sentimental value are treated appropriately.
We arrange skips if required and remove and dispose of carpets and furniture as well as general rubbish.
We remove and dispose of contaminated/hazardous items.

Deep cleaning
We thoroughly clean and sanitize properties that have suffered long-term neglect or abuse. Such cleans would normally include all woodwork and walls and wet-cleaning carpets as well as the usual kitchens, bathrooms, appliances and hard surfaces.
On occasions we offer a repaint (emulsion walls and ceilings gloss frames and skirting) as despite cleaning the walls, they can still look grubby or faded through nicotine or general neglect.
