A breath of fresh air is how I would like to describe Fresh Pies. We engaged the services of Helen and the rest of the Fresh Pies team after deciding the Element 29 website was in need of an overhaul. From start to finish Fresh Pies were professional, creative, dedicated and patient. They took the time to understand our vision and our company and how we wanted our site to appear to the wider world. We were presented with options to choose from rather than being railroaded into selecting a design that didn't reflect our brand. We always felt like we had choices and ultimately we were in charge. There was a constant drive to complete the project but also to make sure it still looked the part, parts of the site were reworked and then reworked again as Fresh Pies made sure they'd covered every angle and we ultimately had the best ideas used. They also understood that running a small company meant you are constantly being pulled in various directions and your focus cannot always be on one item, in this case, a website rebrand. But yet Fresh Pies had a way of extracting the information they required from you in the least time consuming way. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen and the rest of the Fresh Pies Team and indeed wider team, who she has also introduced us to, to anyone.
