Glad I found this service, they were recommended by somebody else and they are wonderful and do a great job, very professional with a reasonable price and trustee people, what I like is I am informed when they are coming to do the service, I had them for over seven months and very happy for their service

I was running very busy this week and had to get a last minute cleaning job done for my 1 bed 1 bath before my parents arrive FOR THE FIRST TIME TO US. I tried contacting so many housekeeping companies and finally Fresh and Clean Housekeeping guys fit the requirement. They were quick in fixing an appointment (got it in 2 days after talking to them). They were pretty economic in pricing and I was expecting the same servicing. The service was booked for 2 hours duration and they dinked much before that.Two woman arrived on the day of service right on time. I showed them the home and they jumped right into cleaning, I dint have to explain them anything. They accommodated my last minute Patio-cleaning request too. They missed cleaning fans and vacuuming sofa, I requested them to do that too. This is the first time I used a house cleaning service and I was very impressed.  I requested a quote from yelp and I got a response from Erika quickly! The response time was less than 20 minutes.  Erika was informative and friendly throughout the process and answered all my questions. My service was scheduled at 11 am today however the ladies arrived a wee bit later around 11:15 am.  It was raining cats and dogs so it's completely understandable.  Upon arrival they reconfirmed my requested services (kitchen, bathroom and living room) and I informed them I'd like just the kitchen and bathroom since I had already started cleaning the living room.  I had also requested oven cleaning on my original order however they had no record of it but was able to connect with Erika to confirm. After cleaning they asked me to inspect their work which I approved.  Overall they did a fantastic job!  The payment process was simple. After the service I was sent a link to provide payment online. I was informed that if I book a monthly service, I would receive a 5% discount and referrals get me $15 off my next service. I would definitely use this cleaning service again. More...

I really needed our 2 bedroom apartment deeply cleaned and they responded right away and scheduled it for the same day.  The regular cleaning, including all the mirrored closets, came to 145. I added the huge sliding door windows and oven for 40 more. The 2 ladies came on time and I even received text messages as to where they were which helped since we have security gates. All the work was done in 2.5 hours and it looked better than when we moved in. Absolutely gorgeous and the best part is there weren't any lingering cleanser smells!  I will definitely use their service monthly and was even told they would discount it depending on how often they come out. I just had my first cleaning with Kimberly and Cristina. They arrived early and diligently cleaned my home for three hours at a very competitive price. They were professional and detail oriented. When they were finished, they asked me if I wanted to check their work so I checked the tops of surfaces that are often forgotten about (refrigerator, microwave, hanging picture frames) and they had all been cleaned. They even managed to clean around my stacks and piles of paperwork in the cluttered office and they changed the bedsheets in all three bedrooms. So I'd first like to thank Fresh and Clean Housekeeping again. They really helped me out. I had originally hired another maid service for a move out cleaning that didn't show up or answer the phone. Fresh and Clean managed to fit me in the morning after I called. Erica and Claudia did an amazing job cleaning everything.
