Hired them for an after build clean. Left keys as was going to be there 10 minutes late. Arrived to find two female cleaners acting awkward with a number very large bags (which i thought was strange as its a small flat). They gave a fake number plate for parking (Not registered with DVLA). Stayed for roughly 2 hours and the clean was sub standard for £150+ (inc vat). £500 worth of items missing including make up, pots and pans, and sonus speaker. Keys were also missing. Reported to cleaning company who took no responsibility and said they would side with the cleaners. They lied about other contractors being on site at the same time. No one else was on site. I have recently had my house cleaned post a renovation by Fresh and Clean London. The cleaner used bleach on our brand new solid oak worktop and has bleached the stain out of it. It is irreparable. They have denied all responsibility, and used the most feable excuse I've ever heard - "the cleaner didn't damage that part of the worktop as she didn't go anywhere near the kitchen sink"....?! What?! It's the only place she could get water or empty dirty water out of! Did she do a clean or not? If not, then I want a refund, if she did then she went near the sink and bleached it. Fantastic service. Booked for an end of tenancy clean with carpet clean this afternoon. Everything was sparkling clean, they even managed to get two year old stubborn stains out of the carpet. I've had bad experiences in the past with cleaning companies conducting an End of Tenancy cleaning service for my property. I was very hesitant to book with your company as another company was more cheaper. As it turned out, by the time I booked and a team of cleaners turned up to clean my flat on the next day. They brought all their own chemicals and carpet cleaning equipment with them. We moved into a property and the pre tenancy cleaning was not done. We required the cleaning to be done urgently, this was dealt with very well and efficiently by Fresh & Clean London. When the rental agency came to inspect the property they were amazed that the property was actually in better condition then when I had rented it 2 years ago. In fact they were amazed that many of the marks and spots that were there two years ago, were now gone.

Getting back my full security deposit was greatly appreciated.

We were a bit sceptical when we saw the equipment that the guys showed up with. But it really didn't matter. The place was like new, The bathrooms and oven especially cleaned to a super standard. We had some small damages and were going to lose some deposit money but because of the standard of cleaning the landlord was happy to overlook them. Really good job and would very highly recommend. Only slight negative is the cleaners' English wasn't very good, but once we managed to navigate them to our property that didn't matter at all. More...

I hired Fresh & Clean London for an end-of-tenancy clean based on the positive reviews online, and they did a great job. I had a few cheaper quotes but I wanted to be sure the clean would be done properly, and it was worth it.
