I hired DJ Sam for my sisters quinceñera, by far best decision I made. We set up a meeting and discussed the lighting and playlist for the big day. He was very friendly and attentive he listened to all my concerns and suggestions. He made himself available anytime for any questions. The day before the party he sent his colleague Arturo to set up all the equipment and lighting. The room looked amazing, with all the lights they set up it was better than I had imagined. Arturo made sure I was satisfied with the room set up and did not hesitate when I asked for additional lights. After we sat down and went over itinerary and any last minute song request. The day of the party they showed up early and started playing GOOD music. Throughout the night guest and myself had song request and they did not get upset or hesitate they played the songs right away. I was a guest at a wedding a few weeks ago and the DJ was really good I believe he said his name was Jose but his DJ name is ruco or something like that he really had the people dancing he went from hip hop to spanish music and it all blended really well. His mixing was really good and was very professional and was even dressed professional you can tell this guy has been doing this a while. If I have another event for a family or friend I'm goin with FresCal!! DJ Sam just hooked up our wedding and the reception was classy, and the open dance was rockin!
The DJ's are willing to meet anywhere, they walk you step by step with their different packages and fair prices. Everything is organized. I must say this company really met the expectations! Besides it being a great price, Sam showed professionalism and initiative from day 1.
He was always on top of things especially when we had a lot going on with the planning of our wedding. Great entertainer for my Spanish speaking and for my English speaking family; if anyone can do the job this is your company! It was very customized service!

Had Sam DJ for my wedding on October 3rd, 2015 at Morovia Winery (Just outside Fresno) He was first class all the way. His pricing is more than reasonable, and he plays to the crowd. He asked for suggestions, and played great music the whole night. He even played cultural Hmong music my wife wanted and got everyone involved! DJ 5AM (Sam) was the DJ for our wedding. It was not the first time we had used his services, and it most definitely will not be the last. We had almost 200 people at our wedding and not one complaint about the music. All the music was perfectly suited for everyone. Sam took all of our music choices into consideration and was very considerate about following our time schedule throughout the whole night. BIG "Shout Out!!" to FresCal DJ Entertainment. I was very impressed on how professional a DJ can be. Since the day I called to ask if they were available to play at my sister's Wedding which was only Two Weeks away!
They were on top of things from meeting with myself and the ( bride to be) three times before the wedding so that they can get to know us and our style of Music.

Arturo, aka DJR20 was our DJ for our sorority formal and he DEFINITELY did not disappoint! The packages that are offered are very reasonably priced and completely worth it.
The music choice is completely up to the customer because they make sure you are involved in letting them know exactly what you want. You let them know. They do it. Our DJ even dressed up in accordance with the theme of our event! The monogram created was great, and the up-lighting enhanced the look of our venue even more.
