We took an office from them last year and immediately regretted it. They are extremely clever in making sure that the price they quote you is not including their huge list of extra charges that are hidden around every corner. They do not let you feel relaxed in the office and the whole time we were there we never felt like we could do anything. Big brother is watching. They are very bad at promising you one thing and then changing their mind at the last minute and normally to try and charge your more. Even vacating the office was a horrible experience and one that incurred huge charges. They have an extremely high staff turnover which is not great and their overall behaviour is poor. Get you in and then disappear and take all your money. Having moved to a virtual office i can assure you this is still fraught with danger and risk and every month we have hidden charges added to our account.I would strongly recommend you avoid Servcorp London as much as possible.They have also been fined by the City of London police for bad practices when it comes to mail handling. Having used several serviced offices in the past, I have to say the Mayfair Servcorp location is in a class of its own. Charlotte, Beth, Lorna, Joanna and Krystal are an absolute pleasure to deal with and make the Mayfair location truly deserving of 5 stars.
