Lost 9kg so far working with Zayd in 3 months, the majority of which has been fat. He has also shown me how to eat for my goal without feeling hungry. As a trainer he seems to know when and when not to push me which is great as I was dreading exercise before I started. Polite and responds quickly. More...

Working with Zayd is great. Have been working with him for nearly a year now and really enjoy our sessions, So much that my partner now works out with us too! He's very flexible and professional, always accommodates our sessions to our personal levels to ensure we both (partner and I) get the best training per session. Great work outs, super friendly guy, made me feel very comfortable when I first started (even though I was really nervous!) and I now look forward to our sessions every week. Zayd has been very supportive and helpful in guiding me to look after and manage my weight.His personality made me feel comfortable despite being very nervous when I first started my sessions but Zayd gave me that incentive to work hard and ultimately reach my goal

I have been training with Zayd for just over 8 months now and there is huge difference in how I view my fitness goals now compared to a year back. His 1-1’s are challenging but still fun. He does a diet and a workout plan with regular feedback on progress which is essential in staying motivated and focused. I would definitely recommend people to sign up to be on Team Zayd!!! More...
