Went swimming with my grandchildren last week at Hailsham and water was lovely and warm. Good attendance by the lifeguards. Would definitely go again!

I've been a member for several years and the place is well run, clean and it's clientele consists of a good variety of gym goers, from casual visitors to die hard enthusiasts. Really enjoying the RPM classes run by Max, excellent instructor who is very encouraging even when he knows you’d rather be anywhere else but there. He caters for all levels and makes sure you get the most out of your work out. Also Amy’s combat classes are by far the best, great instructor who is always looking for ways to help you improve your performance and correcting your technique if needed. Again always making sure you get the best out of your workout,adapting it to all abilities while making it fun as well ! Great mix of routines too, never do the same set more than once. My friend and I took our grandsons to soft play and they are had great fun and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee while they were playing safely would certainly take them again.

I'm always made to feel welcome, the fitness instructors are all friendly, fun and energetic, and they're always willing to help with any worries you may have and offer an adaption for you to do in the exercise routine if you have any injuries or health concerns.

I really enjoy using freedom leisure in hailsham. It's friendly staff makes me feel welcome. Nothing is to much trouble for them. Good local leisure centre. The kids love their swimming lessons, soft play and bowling. I use the fitness classes and the instructors are fab. The gym is fully equipped although the only criticism is the weight section could do with a few more new ones! Love pump and totally body conditioning with Annalee and combat with Lisa.
