I have rented off freedays for 5 years now and I not had one instance of not been able to get hold of malcolm if I needed anything doing. Not that many problems have arisen. Due to his care of the property. I had one problem where because the flat was on one level the water pressure to fill the sink or bath was not very fast. Spoke to malcolm and due to the industry I was in knew about pressure pumps. After speaking to malcolm he had sourced and got fitted by maintence people a pump which increased the pressure and filled the bath in minutes. Could not recommend a better landlord. Steve More...
