How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I produce tailor made fitness plans. i also provide 1 to 1 training, i also run my own Boxing Fitness Class whilst teaching Pure Gym fitness classes,
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I do not have ideal body, but good training and dieting will help you to get there, a strong nutritional program and a good balanced training schedule, knowing when to eat and when to train will help you to your ideal body. i am still recovering from injuries so i am not able to train how i would like.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the constant interaction i am able to have, and the need to help people develop, the short shift patterns are really crucial for me too
What inspired you to start your own business?
Self Development, wanting to learn different skills that a normal job wouldn't teach me. i also like the flexibility that comes with working as a sole trader. Helping people my own way is very important to me too. starting my own business allows me to do that.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am starting a long term goal of mine to start a well being group, fitness will be the 1st element, i want clients to help me on my journey and to allow me to master my craft well enough for me to evolve my business and achieve my goals.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can but i haven't structured it online yet, i will simply use online fitness programs or apps to sell my services remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I haven't made any changes, i only recently started doing personal training again, so i havent had to make adjustments. but i would add online programs and make sure that if i train 1 to 1 i keep my spacing unless the customer makes it clear they want my assistance.

Being held accountable: Sometimes, the toughest battle is getting to the gym. Having a Personal Trainer keeps you accountable on your health and fitness journey, so you can reach your goals quicker.
Getting a bespoke training programme: There is no one size fits all when it comes to fitness. Personal Trainers will create a tailored training programme to suit your needs, abilities and goals, making sure it is challenging but achievable.
