My twin sister is in from Vegas, and I knew she had to experience the brunch (and bottomless mimosas). She absolutely loved it; we hung out for most of the afternoon. I have to give free Bird kitchen and grill a good review although our experience did not seem to be working out very well at first. We went on a recent Saturday night with a group of eight people - we had reservations so we were seated quickly upon arrival and although the restaurant was full it did not seem to be crazy busy.For some reason there was an extremely long delay on our food being served after we had put in our order - we realized we had been waiting an hour for our meals to be served.The manager or perhaps owner noticed this and promptly apologized and offered us a round of drinks on the house which we  gladly acceptedAnd although the wait for our food was painful and extremely frustrating, I have to say that the food was excellent! It was fresh, tasty and well done.Maybe they must of been having an off night or perhaps understaffed in the kitchen but they made good on it and we were very happy with the quality of the food and the value and attention they provided us.I would definitely try it again as it all worked out very well! Went there last night - AWESOME place! The service was excellent and the food outstanding. Their complementary corn bread is out of this world! I ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. The Charred Shishito was awesome and the pork chops fantastic! The cocktails were crafted to perfection and they even had lemoncello, which a lot of places don't have. Love the Arron the roof (though we have to thank Brian for opening "Elements" with that feature. Shame on Freebird for closing off the fire place with those ugly cushions (SMH). We shamed the bartender/waiter in the roof into giving use real utensils instead of plastic for lunch...we were just thinking of our environment and the damage plastic causes. I've heard about freebird for a while now but have not had the opportunity to get there until now. I had heard there was a nice rooftop where you could dine in. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to sit on the rooftop which was a shame since it was a beautiful day. They did have outdoor seating though so we elected for that instead. When we sat down we were greeted with two warm mini blueberry muffins which were delicious. We decided to do bottomless bellinis which was $18 only if you had a meal purchase of $15 or over. So, I ordered the smoker Benny and my friend ordered the hippy avocado toast. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The brisket was surprisingly really tasty with the eggs and tangy hollandaise. We also ordered the something sweet biscuits. I was a little disappointed with the biscuits since there was only one provided! But the biscuit was so tasty and so good we contemplated ordering another but then ent for the bourbon chocolate pecan pie. Also very tasty and served with vanilla ice cream. Overall the food was very good. The service was just okay, although the did frequently fill up our bellinis. I would definitely go there for brunch again and hoping that the rooftop will be open. This place is relatively new on the block. Â My family usually goes to a neighboring establishment but decided to check out Freebird since there wasn't a wait. Â Best decision ever!. What a great experience! We celebrated my bday today during brunch upstairs. The waiters and bartenders were friendly and helpful. Sue even brought out decorations and games for the kids to play.
