How long have you been interested in magic?
I started in Magic at the usual age of nine and very soon starting specializing in Gambling Demonstrations. It wasn't long until I realized that the real advantage in any sort of gambling activity was not physical or technical ... it was mental. This lead me to start studying human nature, body language, etc. My professional life as an actor (fredzimmermanbio.com) gave ma a unique set of tools that enable me to not only get inside the heads of my characters, but also inside the heads of my audience. And it's a lot of fun!
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
In short, my program is 100% interactive. The audience, as a whole, is the focus of the show,. I am the fun-loving "guide," leading them through demonstrations of mental influence and interpretation. By the end of the show, you'll swear I can read your mind.
What do you love most about your job?
Gaining a new perspective on the world by seeing through the eyes of my audience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I liked reaping 100% of the profits ... but I also assume 100% of the risk. It's exhilarating.
Why should our clients choose you?
I do not offer a series of "off-the-shelf" effects that are performed all over television. My approach to Mentalism stems from my life as a professional actor. It is unique and creates a truly memorable evening.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've adopted a more "hands-off" approach and have adjusted a few of my body language techniques to require little, to no, physical contact.
