Fräulicious produces mouth-watering wood fired pizzas and for those who fancy something new: traditional German flammkuchen. This is basically the German version of a pizza with a thin and crisp dough base and a spiced sour cream instead of tomato sauce.

The most delicious pizzas! Made fresh and quickly, and although there's a menu, if you want something removed (like me, with a 'no cheese' request) it's no problem. Highly recommend.

Fraulicious catered for my husband’s 50th party. Not only were Bettina and her helper lovely people and easy to work with but the pizzas were genuinely the best we have ever tasted. Cannot recommend her enough - she was loved by young and old and one visitor from America said it was the best pizza he’s ever eaten! Thank you so, so much for catering at our wedding night. I cannot emphasise enough how amazing all of the pizzas were. They were all freshly prepared, hot, delicious and just kept on coming for the entirety of our booking.

What’s your signature dish?
Pizza and Flammkuchen but we do love to arrange bespoke buffets for our clients. Our favourite from the buffet menu is our pulled pork mini slider.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We aim to work hand in hand with our clients. We are always happy to visit the event location upfront and we offer tastings prior to the event to make sure our clients are happy with the menu options.
What do you love most about your job?
Definitely happy clients and their guests after they had our foods!
What inspired you to start your own business?
A combination of three factors:
The passion for food and cooking and the decision to pursue a dream.
