Having previously used a couple of "web design companies" before being fortunate enough to be put in the direction of Fraser Web Design by one of their clients at a business lunch, I have been using Fraser Web Design for just over 2 years now. People say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating and this has never been truer than my experience with Fraser Web Design. This year I commissioned a new home page complete with a new zoom tool and I'm speechless with the site that was recently completed. Outstanding layout,quick and easy for potential customers to access which is crucial in on-line shopping, a colour setup (which Fraser Web Design suggested ) give my website a distinctive and standout look. On top of the website itself the customer service and the speed any request or problem that I have is answered with is outstanding. We met Harry Fraser from Fraser Web design at a trade show, SECC Glasgow at least 10 years ago. At the time we were looking to have our first website built and had contacted several web design companies giving each the same spec. Fraser Web were the only company who actually listened to what we wanted and took the time to explain the ins and outs of a website (we knew nothing!!) We met with Harry on several occasions and were absolutely delighted with the end results and the cost. We have upgraded our site twice and went straight to Harry for this. We know that if we have any questions - no matter how trivial - he will get back to us immediately. We were internet newbies - moving from traditional retail premises into the big brave world of ecommerce. Harry and Kiaran understood our needs and worked closely with us from the outset, helping us put together our first ecommerce site. Harry looked after all the questions, tweaks and changes (and continues to do so) while Kiaran made sure the website functionality was spot on and trained us up on how to look after the back-end admin of the site.What we appreciate the most is the constant phone and email support - especially important for people like us who know so little about the technical side of things. We can send Harry and email asking for some little tweak on a page and 9 times out of 10 we get a message back within the hour to say it's been done. You really can't ask for more than that. Since then we've had them develop a further two sites for us and have been delighted at the way they look and function. Fraser Web Design have now built three web sites for my business and I recommended them to friends who all signed up with them as they know my standards and know I expect alot from anyone who works with me on my business. I have always found the team to be highly efficient, helpful, courteous and honest and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As you are well aware this is not a true reflection of events. You agreed to pay a 25% deposit and the balance when the web site was built and you had been trained. We supplied designs based on your requirements ( to suit Amazon it had to be all white) and you signed off the design. The site was then built and when you came for training and you did not bring the balance. The web site was made live for you despite this and then you changed your mind and wanted a different coloured site. Again we changed the site design free of charge and eventually you paid a further £500 towards the bill with a promise of the balance. You then decided you did not want the site and I agreed to give you all the files used to build your site and not claim the balance which we were entitled to do. We tried to be fair to you and I only wish the courtesy had been returned.
