Favourite butcher shop in the Kawartha/PTBO area, been buying a 1lb of bacon weekly for the past 3 years, best bacon I’ve ever had hands down. Kabobs are another favourite with a wide selection from seafood to red meat or white meat. Bought all my meats from Franz's for years! Having moved away I've had a hard time locating any other butchers with similar quality.
A future 4 hour road trip will be well worth it!
I highly recommend trying their Ribeye cuts! You won't be disappointed.
