Frank and his team did great work. My house is very old. I did not want to harm the integrity of the home. Frank understood this and followed through with that in mind. I would highly recommend them. What can I say about Franks they showed up early and go the job done in one day and Haley was the only one that gave me quote that knew what she was talking about and NO hidden charges like the rest . Rita was great to work with and Frank and his team installed our roof quickly but when there was some damage to our handrails it took them several days to get it fixed. We also had to call back for a leak in a difficult location on our roof and Frank said he would come back out, but never did. They were great to work with upfront, but following up on any additional work under the warranty has yet to be reliable. More...

We had a bad leak that showed up in an upstairs bedroom. Upon recommendation by HomeAdvisor, we contacted Frank's Roofing Solutions. Frank himself showed up a couple of hours after we contacted him and quickly determined that we had a defective vent boot. His price was reasonable for the response time and job at hand. His team quickly replaced all the vents the next morning. The next night we had a major rainstorm, and there was no evidence of any more leaks. Excellent experience! I needed a minor roof repair performed prior to selling my home. My realtor recommended Franks Roofing based on positive reviews she saw. After a quick call, Haley came out the next day and provided a reasonable quote. Dealing with Frank's Roofing was a very good experience. He was quick to give me a quote and to do the work while dealing with my insurance company. He took care of everything while we were out of town and he kept in touch with me which including texting me pictures of the finished product. There were a couple of minor issues that had to be addressed when we got home but Frank came over in person and he had the issues taken care of in no time. Frank and Frank's team installed 3 roofs for me in one day. He had 10 people out here, maybe more and materials were delivered with a fork lift/cherry picker. They also had machines that took the shingles/material to the roof, which saves alot of time. My shingles on all three roofs were removed, decking was replaced as needed, Ice and Water shield was laid, felt was installed, drip edge and then 130 MPH rated shingles were installed. My yard was debris free after Frank's team left. There weren't nails or old shingles left in my yard and they even hauled off some gas vents that I didn't need on my house anymore. A few days later my 5" gutters were replaced with 6" gutters with gutter guards, one piece of fascia needed to be replaced as well. Work was started and completed within a week of requesting a roof. I didn't have to wait two weeks or a month. Some companies will make you wait that long, maybe longer in extreme situations. I dealt with Frank directly, and every encounter I had was pleasant and I had no problems with him whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him to any homeowner needing roofing work. More...

It was difficult to get in touch with Frank. After a few emails, we finally got in touch and I was advised that we were on the schedule for "next week" . I had to request a more narrow window for the appointment time, and was told either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday Morning but they were unable to define the exact date. I requested a phone call so that we could secure the dogs before the workers arrived, but was told that Frank had no way of knowing when his workers were leaving one site and going to another. The two workers were the BEST TEAM I have ever hired. They worked fast and replaced my seamless gutter and fixed all the spots of rotten wood.
