Francis is such a talented photographer and all round brilliant human being. He did an afternoon of portraits of my family, in such a natural setting and manner. He managed to capture moments between us that I made me pretty emotional (in a great way) when I saw the photos. I'll treasure them forever.

The afternoon was a delight and his professional attitude not only on the day but in terms of prep and follow up could not be faulted.

Francis is really talented when it comes to taking photographs.

We normally reach out to rookies to help and I'll say from first-hand experience, going pro really makes the difference.

His professional demeanour made the whole event run more smoothly and he was even picked up by one of the guest speakers to photograph at one of her coming events and that was before she saw his pictures!

The pictures are startling and striking and he has his own voice to what he produces that worked extremely well for our brand.

Francis recently completed some work in our offices, taking photographs of a training session we were running.

Francis was a consummate professional, and made our service users feel at ease and able to get the most of the training while we were photographing. He was thorough in preparation, and made sure we were on the same page in terms of getting the right shots.

I hate having my photo taken but have had to have it done upwards of 10 times in the past few years - not once have I come away with a photo I was happy with. The shoots always feel very artificial, and for someone who is uncomfortable in front of a camera, having everything left to you to work out for yourself is terrifying. Shooting with Francis was the antithesis to this - from the get go I felt in a safe pair of hands and he found a really good balance of managing me through the process while also allowing my personality to come through. Most photographers these days are capable of operating a camera, but getting the best out of the person you're shooting is a rare skill, and one that Francis has in abundance.

Francis kindly took photos at the MND Association London Marathon 2017 post-race reception. He captured the atmosphere, elation , excitement and emotion of the day perfectly with his shots. Francis made our supporters feel at ease and also feel special. He even joined our team by wearing an MND Association events crew t-shirt! Francis is very reliable, personable and easy to work. We asked him to cover the National Learning Disability and Autism Conference, which Turning Point had arranged, and he provided us with a really good sense of the day, capturing the big and small moments.

It was a real pleasure to work with Francis recently at our MND Association London Marathon post race reception venue. He captured special memories of our inspirational runners' proudly wearing their medals and celebrating their race day success with family and friends.
