Listen! I cannot recommend Francescas Catering and cakes highly enough! Ideal for that special event.
I have used them for my daughter's 30th (100 people) and my 65th (125 people) birthday parties, last year and this. Food buffet quality is excellent, as is the variety. Service is great, so cheerful and positive and important details are remembered and very well looked after. Decor ,including balloon arches, chair covers, table and room decorations, is fabulous, creating a classy, themed feel to what were important events. Can do cake, bar/welcome drinks etc and they did videos of our evenings too.

Mel made a delicious birthday cake for my son. I got endless compliments both for the design and the AMAZING taste. Multiple parents have asked me for her contact details and I was more than happy to share as both the design and taste were extravagant.

An absolutely beautiful and perfect cake once again! Mellisia went above and beyond my very OCD brief and my daughter's Frozen cake and cupcakes were not only beautiful (I nearly cried it looked so magical) but also were oh so delicious and fluffy. The kids demolished the cupcakes before the actual happy birthday singing... So did the grandmas. Lol More...

I am so pleased we found Francesca catering and cakes. They will now be our go to for any functions we organise. I love how efficient Milissia is and her attention to detail. What’s also great is this family business can cater for all of your party requirements, food decorations cake djs and photographers, nothing seems to be unachievable Mel is a brilliant party planner. The decorations were fantastic and the banners we had were a wonderful touch. I cannot believe how many extras Milissia added for us to make our sons day super special. The cake not only looked amazing but tasted great too and the Caribbean food was sensational all the guests were extremely happy and very full for my sons 1st birthday & christening celebrations. I remember reading the reviews before we booked thinking surely these are too good to be true, so the tasting menu we booked was a wonderful introduction to Mel and her delicious food.

This is the second time in 4 months that I have had the pleasure of commissioning Francesca's Catering to provide a buffet for an event at short notice. Milissia was ever the professional and when I contacted her, quickly responded with a 'yes, can do' attitude. I informed her of my budget and she put together a tasty mix of meat,
veg and vegan foods. This included a selection of samosas, spring rolls, tempura prawns, jollof rice, chick pea curry, and vol au vents amongst other delights. There was ample amounts as she never scrimps on her portions. Her sister Debbie and Son delivered everything as requested in good time, fresh and well presented. Milissia also provided a delicious Sponge Cake. Next time I'll definitely include some desserts. There were several requests for her details, so hopefully there will be other work. We were so happy with the service provided. Milissia was very quick to reply to all messages and organising the event was extremely straight forward despite the short notice from me! The team on the day were Victoria and Leniesha, they are such a credit to the company - extremely professional and friendly. We had a bbq for 30 people, the food was delicious, all of our guests loved the food and many asked for the details of the caterers.
The catering package was also great value for money for the varied spread that was delivered.
