I went to counselling school with Francis. I could instantly tell thus woman was determined educated caring loved people but like most of us she was trying to find a way for balance in her life. As a single mother going to school working recovery etc life becomes crazy. And to watch her from then to now absolutely crush everything shes doing is such an inspiration to me and gives me hope that it can be done. I feel so grateful to have been placed in the path of Frances. I tend to avoid any sort of long term self help due to fear of change , fear of failure , fear of self , basically fear of everything! Frances has an ability to break down barriers in a gentle and empathic way. I more times then not leave a session with a better awareness of self and something to ponder or dig deeper into.
