The Frampton team initially did what I thought was a fantastic job with an entire roof replacement. While I wish I could leave the review there, unfortunately I needed to have some more interactions with Frampton Roofing after the replacement which were very disappointing.
I'd like to preface this by saying I have given multiple opportunities for the company to get in touch with me prior to posting this review after having e-mailed and made multiple calls, all of which have had no response.
Since the roof replacement was done, we'd had some minor issues with the roof, these include
-Incorrect fixing of lead flashing to the wall a long with using the cheapest possible material
-Significant water run-off from the roof with a misaligned gutter, leading to water missing the gutter and causing water damage to the property
-Rendering that was applied to one of the chimney stacks coming off
-Continued water damage to wall in my dining room which was not resolved from the roof replacement
-Cracks in the back wall from the roof replacement work which were never filled in (which I subsequently had done by a handyman)
I had contacted the company to come back and look at the first 3 issues. While I felt like some of these issues (the water run off, but especially chimney the rendering) should have been considered to be issues that were either non-chargeable or only part-chargeable, I got a quote for all the works. Given the hassle involved of dealing with suppliers and the good experience I had before, I didn't challenge back & had the work booked in. After multiple re-schedules due to weather, we eventually landed on a Sunday for them to come over, for which we changed our plans to accommodate.
Nobody showed up. No communication at all in the build up or on the day. Since then, I've had 0 contact from the company. I don't know whether for whatever reason they decided to ghost me because there was something in my communication they didn't like or whether something has happened meaning they have paused their operations. Either way, no one has done me the courtesy of contacting me for weeks since and I want to put out a warning - you might get your roof replaced at a decent price, but if something goes wrong - you might end up in my situation, with more water damage and seemingly no assurance that the supplier will be on hand to fix their work at a later date. All in all, a really disappointing and what will be for me ultimately a costly experience.

I can highly recommend Frampton roofing and building specialists I have just had a complete new roof done. They came up on the day agreed the work was carried out to a very high standard and the price was very competitive too.
After the work was completely they also cleaned every think up like it was before they started
first class service and would use again.
