I lived and I still live in Bishop’s Stortford for 5 years and I have never dealt with such a bad Real estate agency!

THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENCY!!!!
I still didn’t receive my deposit back after 5 months that I left my room in Bishop’s Stortford
And I’m not the only one that didn’t receive the deposit back from Fox agency , also my flatmates are in the same situation.
They don’t reply to our emails and if we call the number of the agency they don’t even know about us and they just say to send a query with ours details but they don’t reply!!!
WHat a DISHONEST ATTITUDE taking advantage of people that are not from UK , trying to earn some money staying away from our families !!!

A long overdue review of the great service provided by Martin when selling our flat in the summer. A simple process without the usual hassle that comes with estate agents. A personal service, even with a number of questions on a Bank Holiday! Also worth noting the brilliant extra services such as the professional photographer - not the usual fisheye camera lens, just genuine photos making the property look it’s best! I greatly recommend " FOX SALES & LETTINGS" the house is amazing. Martin has managed to find our new house in a blink of an eye, plus it's super close to the train station and the center.
Martin is really available and friendly so we couldn't have hoped in a better agent.

I came across Fox Sales and Lettings recently and after a short chat to Martin, who was super friendly and very keen I agreed for Fox to find new tenants for a property that was becoming vacant over the Christmas period, a very awkward time of year.
Martin very quickly arranged viewings, which he took care of personally and re-let the property almost immediately.
Martin, the owner of Fox is extremely helpful and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to use him in the future.
