the lads did a fantastic job with my move. They arrived 5 min before the scheduled time, they were very polite, methodical and extremely skilled. They also treated absolutely every piece of our property as if it was theirs (in a good way certainly). They were also extremely good as sensing the different level of value that we the clients give to different items around the house. So far the things we’ve unpacked are all intact. Overall the move was virtually perfect and the team made the moving process as less traumatic as possible. The movers did not have a chance to go for at least a quick lunch which I found concerning. I think a short lunch break should be built into the removals and the clients should be informed that this is part of the process. More...

A note to thank the Team at Fox Moving for all the work undertaken for me, my family and my work over the last two years. Moving to varying parts of the world comes with its complications, Dan & the Team were first class in managing our expectations . The storage was managed perfectly and even when we were let down on our purchase with dates changing at last minute through no fault of our own, they were on hand, (out of hours) to assist. Unable to arrange some help and a suitably large vehicle to transport a mixture of furniture, new bathroom and kitchen units and. .. a large ride on tractor/mower to my house in Brittany - Spoke to Dan at Fox who sorted the whole move for me, even put the tractor in the garage ! My best experience with a removal company so far. I was relocating to the other side of the world, I called them and told them exactly what I wanted. They were happy to do it but also showed me an alternative option for the same price as well as faster delivery. Not a full house move, but a self storage unit nearly full in South Wales, hence I had packed everthing myself. Agreed a price quickly and they collected when they said they would, and gave a date to deliver in France. Friendly, helpful and no problems with anything. The only thing I would see room for improvement is communication about approx what time of day they would be delivering (hence four stars).....had to contact them a couple of times to ask this on the day - would be nice to have maybe a two hour slot for delivery, or even a 'morning....'after lunch' or 'late afternoon' !
