Fox Fitness is a comprised of one personal trainer whose main aim is to help all clients that intrust their health, fitness and lifestyle to achieve any goals that. Fox fitness’s main priority is the client’s safety above everything else, and all training sessions will be created specifically with safety and client’s comfortabilities in mind.
The PT behind Fox fitness is fully qualified and specialises in weight loss, body toning, increasing muscular strength, improving general health and lifestyle. To identify these goals clients will have a sit-down discussion to discuss health, lifestyle, fitness levels and any other topics or concerns the clients would wish to discuss.
Clients are not just physically trained but are also taught awareness which allows the client to become independent when they are away from the PT, this helps the client choose to live a healthier lifestyle both physically and mentally.
All clients will be motivated into making changes in the right direction to transform their lives for the better, helping them take one step forward to achieving their goals. During this journey it is not only the Clients that change but also their families and friends as their journey may encourage and motivate other who need or would like to make the same lifestyle changes.
