While I was working when our roof was installed and did not interact with the crew or site manager that day, I can say that we had a great experience working with Dennis leading up to the replacement of the roof. His help in understanding what was needed and what our insurance company was offering, as well as his cooperation with adjusters and the insurance process, were great. Dennis was very respectful and professional during this whole process. This was my first roof that was needing to be replaced. I wasn't sure what to expect to be honest because I've never had to go through my insurance company. Dennis took care of everything for us and made this painless. The crew that came to our house to do the work was also friendly. They offered to help my wife carry in groceries and even cleared a path for her to get into the house as the old roof was laying in the way. I was raised up on respect and it's always good to see the guys try to help when they can. The overall finish of the roof looks great. Our roof has been on for about 3 weeks now and have not had any leaks. The only thing I recommend is that the homeowners look to pick up nails after the crew has left. They did a good job, but you as the person caring for the property will do a better job as they can not not spend hours looking for every single nail. Overall....great job!!! Just finished getting our new roof. Our old roof was over 20 years old and it only cost us $1000 (our deductible) to get a new one. The new roof was even better quality (lifetime warranty Architectural) than our old roof. You guys took care of everything from calling our insurance company to meeting with the adjuster to replacing the roof. WOW!! We can't thank you enough. I will be telling everyone about you. More...
