How long have you been in business?
Four Seasons Cleaning has been in business since 1997. As a family-owned operated business, we treat your property like our own and provide nothing but superior home cleaning services. We took our time in selecting professional cleaners who can represent our business. We want you to feel safe and secured when we clean your space so we send background checked, fully trained and certified cleaners. Our cleaners undergo continuous rigid training to provide consistent exceptional cleaning services. Four Seasons Cleaning has created a cleaning service with trust and integrity.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We will bring all our cleaning supplies. Vacuum, mops, rags, cleaning solutions, during this pandemic
What inspired you to start your own business?
Marcelo has a long history in the professional cleaning industry, with a background in Hotel administration. In 1997 he held a prestigious role as Housekeeping Director at the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue, WA – an elegant 4-star hotel with a reputation for excellence. Marcelo learned the importance of doing a quality job and keeping the highest level of standards when it came to training their cleaning staff and building relationships.
Marcelo had a dream to start his own professional cleaning business, and while he was still working at the Hyatt, he acquired a company called Crystal Cleaning and took on a business partner. Their hard work and investment into extensive training of their cleaning staff paid off. Their cleaning business exploded from 10 clients to over 160 clients in the first couple years, with 85% of the growth coming in from happy customer referrals.
Janice joined the team in 2003 and brought with her a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management. When the internet boom went bust, Janice decided to invest her time at the family business, and together they launched a new brand that better fit their core values, and the image they wanted to uphold. They dissolved the Crystal Cleaning name and partnership and started their own family business – Four Seasons Cleaning was born.

What is Fogging?
Conventional disinfecting services use cloths and with cloth wiping you can’t get to all surfaces. Disinfectant fogging works differently. Our electrostatic technology introduces negatively charged electrodes into our disinfectant. When sprayed, the disinfectant is attracted to surfaces, effectively allowing every corner and surface to be well-covered.
Is It Safe?
Four Seasons Cleaning, Inc. uses an EPA approved one-step germicidal solution that is approved for use in restaurants’ establishments and hospitals. Results have proven that this solution eliminates 99.99% of viruses, germs and bacteria. It is non-toxic; child and pet safe, too.
How Does It Work?
Chemical fogging produces a fine mist that remains suspended in the air long enough to kill airborne viruses and bacteria. It disinfectants nooks and crannies and areas that may be difficult to clean otherwise. In most cases it’s not necessary to move furniture before or during the cleaning process. This fogging service provides security in knowing your home is truly disinfected.
How Four Seasons Cleaning Does it?
In order to perform proper disinfection of all surfaces, we have a three-step process. First, we hand wash all surfaces with soap and water to remove any dirt from surfaces and objects, then we wipe all surfaces with our Disinfectant- Sanitizer solution, no rinse required, then we fog all surfaces with a fogger and germicidal solution to kill all germs and viruses.
Know The Difference Between Cleaning, Disinfecting, And Sanitizing
Cleaning removes germs, dirt and impurities from surfaces or objects. Cleaning alone does not kill germs. Cleaning works by using soap (or detergent) and water to physically remove dirt and impurities from surfaces. This process does not necessarily kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.
Disinfecting works by using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces or objects. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection.
Sanitizing lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects to a safe level, as judged by public health standards or requirements. This process works by either cleaning or disinfecting surfaces or objects to lower the risk of spreading infection.
How much does it cost?
The three-step process is very time consuming and requires a lot of work and proper equipment. Prices are given based on the size of the house or office. However you can order just fogging. Please note, that fogging does not clean, it will just disinfect.
How Are We Prepared?
Our employees have been going through intensive training on taking every precaution while performing the job. They are wearing gloves and masks during the cleaning, and following social distancing best practices.
All the towels are used only once then are being washed and sanitized at our office. We color code all towels to avoid cross-contamination. We are using QA Disinfectant-Sanitizer; no rinsing required, 30 second dwell time to kill the virus on surfaces. We also added a fogging service that helps kills viruses in all porous surfaces as we know that wiping is just NOT enough to eliminate germs and viruses.
