Cold called - Special price £300 quoted.
Price jacked-up halfway through pruning and informed only part woult be removed.
£500 demanded. Cash only. Didn't argue except for a few expletives and with there being three of them and just myself, a 75year old, not in best health.
Next day informed by neighbour next door that he had been quoted £350 to fell and remove the entire tree, when these people had only removed the portion overhanging my property.
Caveat emptor !!!!! More...
