Q&As

I love to help people realize that they have potential within and to help them reach their professional, personal, spiritual, occupational, educational or relational goals. I enjoy helping people focus on wellness rather than pathology. I love to come help others build and manifest success. I took a Bodhisattva vow and my practice is based on Avalokiteshvara - the Bodhisattva of Compassion "he or she who hears the cries of the world and works to alleviate suffering." My focus for clients are the Four Immeasurables - Happiness, Joy, Compassion, and Equanimity.

I was influenced by Ani Trime a Buddhist nun who passed away in October 2016 and my many mentors (forensic psychologist - Dr. Edward Dougherty, James Chitty - psychoanalyst, Anthony Delvecchio - private practitioner and Paul Abbey, LCSW, and David Blevins) who helped me on my path. I wanted to create a sacred space for life coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy that is focused on wellness and for high functioning people facing everyday stress/anxiety. I took refuge with Ani Trime in 2013 and began my journey as a Buddhist practitioner. My previous experiences led me to specialize with children (art/play therapy), adults, first responders, veterans, and their families. So I am inspired by those who have encouraged me, those who I have had the privilege to work with on their life path. I feel that this interconnectivity is what inspires me.

I am a Buddhist psychotherapy who focuses on strengths and best practices and I have experience in multiple settings as a therapist. I treat clients with unconditional positive regard, hold a safe and therapeutic space for healing, learning, and personal growth, and I believe in change as well as possibilities. I hold a sacred space for clients.
