Clean and well tended. Awesome bathrooms with shower facility. Great place to start or continue your fit life. I thought I knew how to lift properly from being a D1 collegiate athlete but by taking the foundation fitness course that's included in your membership I learned I need to improve my form to safely pursue healthy lifting. I really like the gym, its not huge but has lots of equipment. I have never had to wait to use anything. Geoff the owner and the staff are great and willing to answer questions. There are so many other things offered as well, like classes and chiropractic adjustments. More...

Foundation Fitness is clean and modern with a really laid-back and friendly atmosphere. I especially like how Geoff included special tools in his gym that help you evaluate where you are with your fitness levels so you know where you need to improve. Plus, you can't beat that free parking. More...
