Moussa was great to work with!!! My husband hates photos and gets super uncomfortable with anyone taking pictures of him and hates being told to pose certain ways and doesn’t like anything cheesy. .. but Moussa made everything very comfortable and we loved our photos! During our shoot we saw a couple doing a maternity shoot... and I joked saying “that’s us next year” ... careful what you say, if I can convince my camera shy man, I know who to book that shoot with!! It was an absolute pleasure working with Moussa! We met him through a Bridal Show and his works stand out among all the photographers. Colours were vivid and each couples photos' had characteristics (not a cookie cutter).
Due to we had a separate wedding ceremony and reception date, we had three sessions of photo shoot (engagement, wedding ceremony and reception). Even though the dates were far apart, Moussa was always top of everything. We never had to contact him first, he always followed up with us couple of months before and make sure we are comfortable with everything and ready for the upcoming photo shoot. He is very fast in response, which we loved! and also very easily approachable. When we needed he is always there for you.
Our photos turned out beautiful! He just have this artistic vision to capture the most beautiful part of nature, people and even background. My in-laws, parents and friends loved the album. I attended Moussa’s Phography Course at DVS last semester. He is such a great instructor making the class very interesting. He has very humble and fun personality makes everyone united and participate openly. He is very knowlegeable about the subject and shares his knowledge joyfully. We learnt a lot from him in such a short time.

I enjoyed every minute of his classes and planning to go back next semester.

I can't say enough about Moussa. Moussa and his team were amazing to work with and my photos and video were exceptional. His creative eye and kindness made it easy for us to work with him. I very rarely write reviews but we were very fortunate that we had Moussa as our wedding photographer! It is very true when people told us photographer is the most important wedding professional as you would spend the entire day with them. After meeting close to 30 photographers either by email, phone or in person in the early days of research, Moussa definitely stood out as the most passionate, flexible and fun professional, who delivered outstanding end products at a very fair price point.

When we asked if he could make a trip from Toronto to Montreal for our engagement photo shoot, Moussa agreed in a heart beat and was very excited in the planning process, even offering many great ideas on photo shoot locations in Montreal. Moussa definitely was very flexible and willing to work with us which made the entire experience very enjoyable.

Leading up for the wedding, Moussa offered to meet a few times in person just to get to know each other and to plan the day. After spending an afternoon with Moussa during our engagement photo shoot in Montreal, we were both extremely impressed by his pursuit to perfection and creativity - some of the photos he took made us looked like movie stars! After that experience, we both felt very comfortable with Moussa and had full trust in his ability to deliver the best photo shoot experience and quality on our wedding day!

On our wedding day, Moussa again went above and beyond - he showed up early and was there with us way past the time that he was supposed to stay till - it was a very long day! He and his partner of the day Roy made it very fun for our wedding party during the photo shoot. Their passion and energy definitely showed when they were running around trying to capture special shots for us! It made a world of difference when your photographers love what they do and are willing to go above and beyond! Moussa strived to deliver unique and the best shots while working within our schedule constraints. It was important for my wife and I to find a photographer who was easy going, but also someone with a lot of knowledge capturing in the style we were looking for. Most wedding photographers are great at capturing static moments; those traditional formal photos; but we were looking for more, we wanted images that came alive. The Photo Journalistic “style” isn’t new, but it’s become trendy with Weddings and after seeing our final set of images compared to other more traditional photos I've seen before, I’m so glad we took the route we did. The number of non-posed moments mixed in with funny and formal just makes us re-live that wonderful day every time we see our photos. We found Fotoreflection (Moussa) from a referral provided to us from The Atrium in Burlington. Although our first meeting didn’t go as planned, everything after went nicely. His personality is very positive and his style was just what we were looking for. He was terrific with our family and other members of the bridal party and always so polite and respectful towards our guests. He and his wonderful assistant did a terrific job and when we finally received our photos, he captured so many amazing moments just the way we wanted. A few more traditional formal photos would have been ideal, but overall, we were absolutely thrilled with Moussa, during the engagement session, on our wedding day and finally with the images he provided. My venue referred Moussa and Fotoreflection to us. From the moment I reached out, Moussa was responsive to discussing my photography needs. He always proactively reached out leading up to all our events. His website was also very informative providing me more information on pricing, his portfolio, and tips and tricks. We decided to go with his package for engagement shoot, 12 hour wedding coverage, an album and canvas print. We added on a guest book as well which were photos curated from our engagement shoot. Moussa brings the right attitude and personality for our big day. He respected our wishes to not be too much in the way and was still able to capture a remarkable shot! My husband and I are not into taking staged photos and so Moussa was great at directing us where needed. The quality of his work is top notch. We located Fotoreflections through an internet search for best photographer in our area, so we decided to call to get more information. Our initial call went to voice mail but within a few hours of leaving a message, Moussa called us back while on a break during a wedding photo shoot. We thought that this was a good sign that he wanted our business…and we were right!Moussa is very personable, professional and very efficient, not to mention an incredibly talented photographer.
