Jonathan was worth every penny of the fee, I have no doubt in my mind had I have applied for the mortgage myself I wouldn’t have been successful within the required time frame. Dont normally write reviews- never in fact. But Zoe @ Fosters Financial was brilliant. I was told by a few mortgage brokers that i would struggle to get a mortgage as i only have 1 years accounts. Everything Zoe estimated and told me before formally asking for a mortgage was spot on.When i had any requests or needed anything,zoe would do it there and then, there was no "ill come back to you tomorrow" it was done immediately. Pete was just amazing! We couldn't get a mortgage due to being self employed and different earnings each month and when all seemed hopeless, Pete was recommended to us. Worked with Charlie and Travis on our pretty complicated mortgage-self employed, two Help to Buy ISA’s, and three different gift aids. They were super helpful, knowledgeable, and on the ball; always managed to get back to us almost immediately if not right when I called. Even when the seller’s estate agent was getting a bit pushy because of all the checks our bank wanted to do to get her commission, they took care of it and made me feel very comfortable.
