What do you love most about your job?
My buzz comes from seeing the fire in people’s eyes when they discover who they are, where their natural strengths and talents lie, why
certain activities and tasks drain and fatigue them and how it applies to their personal life and business.
My method is not one of labelling and pigeonholing people, but rather the capacity to see each and every person as a one-of-a-kind, distinct individual. Through asking the 'hard questions' I am able to provide a mosaic of the factors, qualities, characteristics, thoughts, and perception that are playing out in the person's life, especially in the work front, what is holding them back and how to move to the next level.
This requires a curiosity about people's individual characteristics. I interact with each person based on their individual qualities. This leads to meaningful and very helpful relationships.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start a business that helps others to pursue work that energises them and utilises their strengths and potential. I know first-hand what it is like to be trapped in a job that you are good at but don’t enjoy. Based on this experience, I developed the STS, a tool to help liberate frustrated Mavericks from the oppressive confines of work that is frustrating, draining and meaningless.
I am the ‘go-to person’ when it comes to the Specialist Thinking Styles Mind Mapping (STS). The STS is a tool that packs a punch and fast-track one’s level of self-awareness, accurately aligning people to work that is energising and
rewarding.
It was based on this experience, I built a business that liberates frustrated Mavericks, aligning them to work that engaged their talents and strengths, and liberate them from day-to-day work that is boring and limits growth. Over the years, we have continued to develop and build upon the STS, providing people with an accurate picture of who they are right now and a clear direction going forward,
