I contacted Matt regarding laying kitchen floor plus laying down laminated sheets. I also required a new loft ladder and the hatch surrounding re built and tidied up. Matt responded to an online query I had made promptly, and arranged to come out and for a site visit to my property. As a new homeowner I was looking for a professional job with a proactive, reasonably priced service, and I found that with Dorrington Construction.
He sent me over a quote the next day and then arranged to come and fix it later that week, suiting my time frame and availability.
I'm very happy with the service, replacement of a new gate and fixing up a broken gate. Matt was prompt, professional and efficient. He also managed to use existing working locks, which helped saving money and less waste.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the space is big enough to provide what is needed for the clients wishes, that the structure itself is capable of being converted ie dry and damp free etc
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Depending on what type of gararge is being converted and into what space the floors would need kevelling and insulating, walls and ceiling insuslated and vented, 1st fix electrical and plumbing, plastering and second fix works. Building control at all the above stages
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If there is enough head space and if its possible to get stairs up with the head height too
