My friend loved her flowers and the service was above and beyond what I could have expected. I mistakenly had the address wrong -- put a 4 in the address insteadof a 5! The florist made a fresh new arrangement the next day and delivered them to the correct address, without charging me more. I am so, so grateful! actually would rate this 4.5 as their offered excellent service and value for floral arrangements. Unfortunately downfall was that they offered a delivery fee for a house that was down the street from their store. Recommended a tier delivery fee or even if a minimum spend amount and delivery is free. Came there today to get flowers for my anniversary, and they had a special; 2 dozen roses for 39.99, I think its 30 for 1 dozen regularly. Other places I've checked had absurd prices for their flowers. I've been here a few times now and the flowers are fresh, look nice and last longer than those at the grocery store (no offense, if you're on a budget those are fine!).The lady that helped me was really friendly and helpful in picking out the flowers. She did a great job wrapping it and suggesting addons for it. -- I get that upselling is part of their job, it's a business after all! but she asked the occasion and suggested things to suit it. I just wanted to say thanks to Monica for the wonderful service. I live in Australia and phoned in an order for yellow roses for my sisters birthday. I asked for them to be delivered early on Saturday morning. Monica said she couldn't guarantee a delivery time as they would be busy with it being easter weekend but said they would try to have them there by noon.
