Thanks JR & TianTian. I had a great time training with Force Fitness! I came in with 21% body fat, and with the knowledge workout and meal plan my trainer lay out for me, I was about to drop down to 13.5% under 60 days. You wouldn't get a finer facility or staff for the money in Winston-Salem. More...

It has been a great time training with JR and Tiantian! They have flexible schedules and make great plan for me. I really enjoyed spending training time with them and build my body health.We have different focuses each class session. They'll also send out and update information, like meals suggestions. The owners and trainers are great! They're always there to help you, motivate you & push you to be your best even when you have a setback. They're never they're to punish you for not staying on the diet or push you over your limit during workouts. It's given me a real positive and healthy experience that I've learned and still am learning a lot from. And I have to thank my trainer Melody for all she's done to help me and teach me. I started training with JR in late January and have been super impressed with the team at Force Fitness. If you're ready to commit to the process you can expect to be impressed with your results.
JR is a great mix of conversationalist and challenger to make the time fly by, and he's knowledgable enough to keep the workouts interesting after you've been into it for awhile.

Working with JR was a great experience for my physical health and my mental health. He doesn't mind when clients text him questions, and that's really helpful for someone like me who struggles with the eating part of fitness (so he's received some texts of questionable cereal choices from me). After working with him I lost 20 pounds and have been able to keep it off. The workouts are serious, JR will push you, but I'm grateful that he's so personable. I've been around other trainers who are really tough with you and kind of make you feel like you don't belong in the gym. That kind of training doesn't work for me, I would just get discouraged. I need someone who was going to tell me what to do, push me if they know I can do better, and then trust me to do that. That's how it was for me working with JR.

I definitely recommend JR and I'm grateful for how much he influenced my overall WELLNESS. After working with him, my stress went down and it helped my self-esteem. His packages and the value you receive are worth it if you're ready to work!

I started training with JR one on one to see if he was a good fit for me. JR is very personable and straightforward, which is just what I needed to lose weight. He adjusted the diet plan based on my likes and allergies and always kept workouts innovative and fun (I use the word "fun" loosely �). At 5'1" my starting weight was 141 and I lost about 20 pounds to get to my maintain weight of 121. I kept training for a year and a half doing group sessions until I had to move. Now that I have moved I can confidently get myself in the gym and use good form and have a variety of exercises I have learned. His rates are outstanding for the area and what he provides so I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a trainer who will sugar coat everything, look elsewhere. JR will always tell it like it is. If you do the work and what he tells you to do, you WILL get results. I will say the only negative thing I have to say is that he was late and didn't show up at times. Usually he will make up for being late, unless he has a client. More...

Beyond obsessed with this place, the people there, and the change I am seeing in myself - both mentally and physically. In WEEKS, not months, I have smashed short term goals, pushed my own limits further than I thought they would go, and surpassed my own mental blocks. The meal plan set up by JR along with my training sessions with Nahjerrelle have been intense, challenging me every step of the way, but I have also felt SO supported with each step I take (and coming off carbs I need that!) I was hesitant about getting a personal trainer at first thinking it was going to be so expensive and I probably would lose motivation to go. Well I'm so glad I did it anyways. Force fitness has been an awesome addition to my life. It's made me incorporate exercise into my everyday life and actually enjoy it. Nahjerrelle is an excellent trainer who is always there to push you a little harder and motivate you a little bit more. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. My husband has been working with JR for a couple of years now, and continues to be extremely happy with the results. Life changing experience. I have been training at Force Fitness for nine months. Don't have a big weight loss goal, but because of my high physical condition, to lose weight and get in the body shape I want is quiet difficult. Like many girls, when it comes to work out or loss weight, I used to only think about running. Force fitness majors in functional fitness, using simple equipments including barbells, weight, and dumbbells to complete a variety of exercises. Every session we work on different body parts and rotate the week after. I have managed to squad-bench-deadlift from 150-45-120 to 205-90-195. JR is a great trainer. He keeps me in check with meal plan also. He adjusts my meal plan so my body would get what it needs from college dinning halls. Diet is difficult but it is worthy for I see and feel my body changing every week. Since I been training, I have felt more energetic and focused then ever and training just simply makes me so happy!
