Force 8 have recently installed a full set of windows and a composite front door. I initially chose this company because of the range of designs and colours, some of which were not available with other companies. Ian was really helpful not like some of the other sales people and he also gave me a very competitive price. I am extremely pleased with the finish and look of the windows and door. I ordered a door and a few windows for my first home. I also asked them whether they could deliver them by the time I was handled the keys. It turned out that they delivered and installed them tht day after so I could start decorating my house over the weekend. From start to finish the process of ordering and fitting my front door went very smooth. As with a lot of things there is too much chose, but the staff at Force 8 guided me with their years of experience on the best look and most economical. They kept me posted on delivery and fitting date and the guys arrived at 8am and it took them a whole morning to remove my old door, which they took away for me, and replaced with my Gorgeous new one. There was one slight hitch... the locking mechanism was rather stiff and we struggled opening the door, but one call to the office and a fitter was back out same day to replace it. Front door with sidelights and fully glazed rear door fitted over 2 years ago.Very good quality units and when the internal blind in the rear door stopped working properly recently it was replaced with a new unit without question.Reassuringly good service.
