When training clients I go through correct form(technique) and demonstrate safe lifting and exercise techniques and from there we work on areas the client wants to improve and build a tailored workout programme to achieve their goals but most importantly with any client we set realistic expectations.

Consistency and dedication is the most important steps to change, being able to understand that your dream body and health doesn't come overnight.

Being able to see clients attitudes towards health and nutrition change and watching them love the process as I did.

I am 100% dedicated to the clients health and well being, my goal is to make you look and feel the way you want and seeing the change in a clients mind and body is my driving force. I am very passionate about helping clients and I aim to deliver the best possible service.
