Here at FL+A, we specialize in all sorts of events; big weddings, small elopements, you name it... we do it. And we're honored to be able to do what we love in both Northern California and all of the Hawaiian islands.

A bit of background for you on the process for our full-service package: first off - and before we begin planning - we get to know you, your fiancé and gain an in-depth understanding of your hopes for your day through our customized questionnaire. From there, FL+A gets to work in building design board options that help to bring to life - from a visual perspective - what the aesthetics of your day could consist of. Ultimately, we'll align on one design board which will serve as our "north star" throughout the planning process.

Once we're aligned on the design board, we get planning! Now the fun begins. FL+A will curate a list of vendors for you, set up site visits, tastings, and Skype calls to ensure you're not only comfortable with, but excited about each and every vendor you choose. Aligning on your "team" for the day is hugely important, and we'll do what it takes to make sure we surround you with the best team possible.

Know that FL+A will serve as the liaison between you and all vendors; we manage communications, contracts and negotiations for you, always ensuring you stay within budget. Once all details are set in stone, FL+A develops an event schematic and an uber detailed timeline for your wedding day, ensuring all items are thought through and everyone involved has their marching orders.
